MEET THE MUSICIANS

PRINCIPAL TRUMPET JERRY GAUDI

Jerry Gaudi, Jr. is currently the principal trumpet with the Chamber Orchestra of New York and trumpet with the Pittsburgh Brass Project. He teaches privately and freelances throughout the Pittsburgh area.

Jerry received degrees in trumpet performance under the guidance of George Vosburgh at Duquesne University (B.M. and M.M.) and Carnegie Mellon University (PRP Certificate). Mr. Gaudi has performed with such groups as the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, the Wheeling Symphony Orchestra, and the Canton Symphony, and has soloed with the Pittsburgh Civic Orchestra. Internationally, he has performed with the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, the Point Chamber Orchestra, and the Opera and Music Festival of Lucca in Lucca, Italy.
